Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every Maison LunaNail creation. If something is not right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible items

• Unopened, unused products in their original packaging and seal can be returned for a full refund.
• For hygiene reasons, opened gel polish, top coat and cuticle oil cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
• Crystal glass files can be returned unused and in their original velvet case.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, broken or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email us at lunanailusa@icloud.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
